Class 1 Non-chemical admixture, namely, small, lightweight and low density polymer beads or particles having a surface area size characteristic; or shells, sponges or semiporous structures having a predetermined size and being chemically activated; or polymer material with functional groups; or linear oligomer/low molecular weight polymers; or polymer blocks having one or more chemicals encapsulated therein, any of which may be used for processing a mixture of valuable and unwanted material in a flotation cell or tank in a flotation separation process, including for adding to the mixture in the flotation cell or tank in order to separate the valuable material and the unwanted material and carry or lift the valuable material in the mixture to the surface of the flotation cell or tank, by attracting, or binding to, or wrapping around the valuable material in the mixture in the flotation cell or tank, and/or in order to provide a slow targeted or time-activated release at a potentially desired location where the release is required of the one or more chemicals in the mixture of the flotation cell or tank, such as frothers or collectors; or nonchemical air entrained admixture; namely, small hollow glass or polymer beads, particles or cylinders for processing a mixture, including for adding to a mixture of concrete in order to control the amount of entrained air formed in the mixture
