Class 42 Developing, designing and creating computer and or digitally run systems comprising of colour and effect changing lighting, sound design and music composition, visual design and films both original and non-original for portable and permanent installation in any room patient, treatment or shared in hospitals, palliative care, hospices, cancer centres, aged care facilities, mental health, rehabilitation facilities (acute medical and drug and alcohol) and other health related facilities (such as health and spa centres) for the site specific purpose of alleviating suffering and illness (both mental and physical) and for providing relaxation and therapeutic purposes; the service is either provided as a commissioned one off consultation and individually developed project or as a product comprising of the system containing all the above elements and distributed as a package that contains the equipment and multiple copies of computer/digitally programmed lighting, sound and film components
