Class 44 Health services, including: assisting employees and their families to assess their present state of health, identifying opportunities for health improvement, and providing education and support that will enable them to achieve and maintain identified health goals; and including a health risk assessment (HRA) - performed on-line or manual copy, biometric assessments that include physical measurements of factors such as height, weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, a health report and recommendations (based upon HRA and biometrics), web-based health resources including fact sheets, health improving modules (eg. quit smoking, weight loss etc.), health coaching - telephone or face to face (health professional who is available to support the individual to engage on behaviour change programmes), workplace health presentations, health promotion campaigns - eg. sun awareness, mental health, quit smoking, worksite health challenges - eg. walking programme, and community-based health promotional activities
