Class 35 Coordination of the development and implementation of state wide strategic and operational plans to address cancer education and training needs of those engaged in health service provision and research; coordination of the development of a strategic framework for public education programs to raise the knowledge and understanding of cancer prevention and management in the general community and in specific target groups; administrative management of the development of on-line educational programs and resources relating to cancer prevention and management for use by health practitioners and community groups; administrative services facilitating collaboration and cooperation between bodies involved in all types of cancer related research and development, and in relation to the review, development or commissioning of innovative programs for cancer control and in relation to providing a system that facilitates expeditious ethical approval for multi-centre clinical trials and other cancer related research; management, coordination, administration and composition services being the development, in conjunction with the nsw department of health and other public health organizations, of a NSW state cancer plan by 30 june 2004 for consideration by the NSW minister for health; administrative services in relation to consultation, collaboration and cooperation with public health organizations, consumers, health professionals, government agencies, non-governmentorganizations and other persons or bodies involved in cancer control in relation to all types of cancer

Class 36 Financial commissioning or sponsorship of all types of cancer related research and development; financial commissioning of innovative programs for all types of cancer control

Class 41 Education; providing of training; entertainment; sporting and cultural activities; the review, evaluation and implementation of cancer education and training programs (including resource-based programs) for professional, clinical, allied health and community care providers and the identification of areas in which enhanced educational services are required; education and training across professional (medical and corporate) and community areas for awareness of issues and developments in cancer prevention (encompassing all types of cancer), including such services provided through improved tertiary curriculum, through provision of educational programs (including resource-based programs) for those engaged in health care and through public education programs; cancer education and training in relation to the quality of care provided to cancer patients (encompassing all types of cancer) and in relation to cancer control by lifestyle and good health care practices; the aforementioned education and training to be provided through a wide variety of means and delivery channels, and to a wide variety of target audiences, including but not limited to: media, collateral, course and public seminars, public health organisations, consumers, health professionals, government agencies, non-government organisations, persons or bodies involved in cancer control in relation to all types of cancer, and the general public within NSW

Class 42 Scientific and technological services in this class and research and design relating thereto; industrial analysis and research services; design and development of computer hardware and software; legal services; including such services in relation to the cancer control effort in NSW and to enhancing the effectiveness of these efforts, cancer related research and development in relation to all types of cancer; scientific research services being the review, and development of innovative programs for cancer control; provision of a system that facilitates expeditious ethical approval for multi-centre clinical trials and other cancer related research; any form of research in this class relating to cancer including scientific research for medical purposes, scientific, analytical, pure, applied, clinical scientific research demographic data collection
