Class 9 The products offered provide an alerting device used to alert a parent or owner of a child or goods leaving a defined preset proximity; this is achieved by having a transmitter attached to the child or goods, and the parent or owner having a receiver with a sensory alarm; the product also provides the holder of the transmitter to activate a panic button and trigger the alarm on the receiver; future products will be alerting devices which also provide a locating function as well as the ability to find the missing child or goods via GPS coordinates sent via email, GSM, and Internet/web browser
