Class 16 The trade mark will be used for the product described in the provisional patent application 2006903329; it is a portable book holder, made of plastics or combination plastics and aluminium; it has got a tripod main frame with telescopic legs and an integrated shelf placed inbetween the front legs, similar to an easel; the book is placed on the shelf and attached to the book holder with a stick, which is loosely attached at the top of the tripod and goes down the spine of the book to the shelf; the rungs on the stick keep the pages open; the book holder can be folded for easy storage and handling; when in use it can be up to 70cm tall, when folded it is not much bigger than a foldable umbrella; it can mainly be used for reading in bed and working with a computer; in the latter case it holds the book open above a laptop or on the side of the screen of a PC; it is intended to be used by university students and staff (for reading and doing research), patients in hospitals and elderly people in retirement homes and anyone else who wants to read comfortably
