Class 35 The consultancy will provide clients with a way to discuss and extract specific requirements based on, but not limited to, their audio and video needs; the consultancy extends its services to clients based in residential and commercial markets; the consultancy will gather requirements of clients based on meetings through face-to-face contact or via written and/or telephone correspondence and form a preliminary design to meets the captured requirements; the design will be in the form of written documentation capturing necessary information that forms part of the solution as well as preliminary designs of the system to be implemented; the consultancy will cover, but not limited to, vision displays such as plasmas, projectors, LCD televisions as well as speakers, amplifiers, DVD players, CD players, set top boxes and all associated components that can provide a complete, integrated solution, based on the requirements of the client; the consultancy can and will provide recommendations to the client where a more effective solution can be implemented; the consultancy will provide solutions based on equipment that will meet the solution requirements and not necessarily brand specific; following the engineering of a specific solution that meets the requirements of the client and approval, the consultancy will provide the client with a recommended installer of choice for the equipment to be connected
