Class 9 EnergyAction assists customers to use their energy more wisely by installing energy savings devices, power factor correction equipment and harmonic balance equipment which have the effect of allowing customers to better manage their use of energy

Class 35 EnergyAction facilitates the arrangement of energy contracts between the energy retailers and the end use business customer through proprietary, in-house developed, on-line, reverse auction technology; this is a new way of taking customers to market only becoming viable after the energy markets were deregulated; EnergyAction has been earning the majority of its income from this activity since July 2000; EnergyAction also provides an energy monitoring service to its customers; the service covers bill validation, assessing the best network tariff, monitoring greenhouse gas emissions, monitoring maximum demand and issue resolution on behalf of the customer; this product/service has been in the marketplace since September 2003

Class 37 EnergyAction becomes involved with providing advice to its customers who are building, renovating their business premises on the best approach to ensuring an energy efficient operation and we arrange the provision of installation services for energy saving equipment

Class 42 EnergyAction provides industrial analysis and research services to its customers to assess the impact of changing operations, selecting alternative equipment, installing solar panels, installing generation capabilites, utilising the capabilities of the software in smart meters to better utilise their energy
